Community Care

Our community care companies support patients who have chronic or long-term disabilities who need help with routine personal care. Community care tasks include help with personal needs (such as bathing and dressing) and household activities (such as laundry and shopping) all of which help enable the patient to remain at home.

Community care services are funded through state Medicaid programs, and vary from state to state. In most cases, community care services do not include skilled nursing.

Harden companies have a long history in the community care segment. Our participation started with the founding of Girling Health Care in 1967.
